About the Fitness Centre

Over 25,000 square feet of space includes a variety of cardio and weight training equipment, plus areas for stretching and core training, it’s all available to you. The two cardio training areas, one in the main Fitness Centre overlooking the park and one on the Cardio Deck overlooking Gym 3 are sure to inspire you to keep going!

New to the Fitness Centre?

Our qualified and friendly Fitness Centre Team can assist you with a quick spot for a bench press or a lesson on how to use a piece of equipment. For those that would like a little extra knowledge we offer a complimentary Fitness Centre orientation where our team will show you where equipment is located, how it works and ensure you are feeling comfortable using it.

>When you need help just stop by the Fitness Centre Desk and grab a team member. Please note Monday to Friday from 5:00pm to 8:00pm is our busiest time so we are unable to offer full orientations during that time.

Safety Orientation (for Members Only)

Cost: FREE
Age: 9+
Strength training offers many bonuses to young athletes, teens and adults who want to enhance their fitness level. This orientation will allow children 9-12 year old to exercise in the fitness centre, with the supervision of a guardian. It will also allow teens 13-15 years old to gain access to the Fitness Centre without being accompanied by a guardian. Our team of experts will provide a safe atmosphere where everyone can learn gym etiquette, appropriate strength training techniques and how to execute movements properly.

Note: A guardian (18+ years) must arrive to the orientation with all teens 13-15. For those aged 9-12 years, a guardian (18+ years) must complete the orientation with them.

The orientation includes:

  • Tour of the dryland areas
  • Review of policies and procedures
  • Weight-room etiquette
  • Instruction on all cardio equipment
  • Instruction on all plate loaded and selectorized equipment

Fitness Centre Rules


  • Proper attire is required. (Including a shirt, bottoms and closed toe shoes)
  • Beverages are permitted, provided they are in a  sealed container – no glass
  • No food permitted in the Fitness Centre, Gyms, Studios and Track
  • Please wipe equipment with cleaning supplies provided
  • Please share the machines
  • Remove and re-rack all weights from machines
  • Adhere to time limits during peak times
    • 30 minute time limit on cardio machines
    • 60 minute time limit for gym courts
  • Only our Coaches and Personal Trainers are permitted to train within our Facility
  • No solicitation
  • Keep cell phone use to a minimum
  • Please be respectful when using Cameras and Video Equipment. To ensure that everyone has an amicable experience, please obtain consent from others that might be in your shot. Choose filming spots carefully, and refrain from using lights, flashes and music.


  • No children under the age of 9 allowed in the Fitness Centre
  • Children aged 9-12 must be accompanied by a guardian (18+ years) at all times. Guardian and child must complete Safety Orientation together
  • Children aged 9-12 may not use areas with rubber flooring
  • Children aged 13-15 must be accompanied by a guardian (18+ years) or must complete a Safety Orientation
  • One guardian may not supervise more than 2 children

NEW Member Hours*  – Tuesdays & Wednesdays from 5pm to 8pm, Members will have exclusive access to the Facility.
Drop-in admission may continue to be purchased anytime outside of Member Hours.
