Row Circuit

Hop on the rowers, build up your strength and challenge your cardio like never before. This combination class will be sure to give you a full body workout with both muscular and cardiovascular training.


Boot Camp is an exciting, challenging workout that targets strength, agility and coordination. Get into tip-top shape by participating in a new circuit, pyramid or physical challenge each week. If you like variety, this class is for you. Classes may include various types of cardio including boxing.

Please Note: Boxing Bootcamp (Tuesdays/Saturdays 9:30am) require hand wraps, they can be purchased at Customer Service.
