Instructor history and experience:
I have been teaching Group Fitness and personal training in various locations for 13 years!


What do you teach at MNPCSC?:
You can find me mostly only teaching Group Power on Monday & Friday mornings at 6 am! It’s Group Power for LIFE for me! When my schedule permits it, I can be found subbing Boot Camps or HIIT classes!


Why I love being an instructor:
Showing people that movement can be FUN is my life’s work and my biggest passion! I want my participants to view exercise differently. To never feel like it’s a chore, but to connect with it in the most positive way and truly experience its physical benefits. I carry my passion with me into my career as a High School Physical Education Teacher & Coach. Helping youth to find their joy and gifts in movement is my number one!


Fun fact about yourself:
I used to be quite involved in musical theatre in my hometown of Hamilton, Ontario and so Group Fitness has been a great outlet for me as I miss being on the stage, singing and dancing my heart out! Might explain some things, heh!?
